This explains what Cash Flow Hoops collects and why. The service is operated by Gostar Digital LLC, PO Box 1980-345, Loíza, Puerto Rico 00772.
We keep as little as possible. There are no accounts for supporters, no passwords, no advertising and no tracking across other websites.
What we collect

| Which coupons you peeled or redeemed, and when | Your use of the card | To stop a coupon being used twice and to report totals to the business |
| Pledge record: the rate you chose, the points scored, the amount invoiced and whether it was paid | Created when you pledge and when the player's run is recorded | To invoice the correct amount and to pay the program its share of what is collected |
| Player first and last name | Entered by the coach or the program | To show the roster and credit each player's sales or score |
| Player game scores: the level reached and the time taken | Created when a player finishes a run | To show standings and to calculate what sponsors owe |

What we never see
Card numbers and payment details go directly to Stripe. We do not receive them, and we could not store them if we wanted to.
Who else handles this information
We use a small number of service providers, and only for the purposes above. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- Stripe — processes payments and invoices, and gives us your name and email so we can send your card.
- Supabase — stores the platform's data.
- Resend — sends the email containing your card link.
- Render — hosts the site and the payment server.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Players and children
Players on a team roster are often under 18. For each player we store only a name, entered by their coach or the program, together with the total raised through their link and, where the program runs a pledge event, the score from their run. We do not collect a player's email address, phone number, photograph, date of birth or address, and players do not create accounts.
A player's name and total appear on that team's public page, and their score appears on the challenge page a sponsor uses to pledge. Coaches decide what name to enter and may use a first name and last initial. A coach or parent can ask us to change or remove a player's name at any time by emailing us, and we will do it promptly.
Practice games
Anyone can play our games without an account. Practice runs played outside a fundraiser are not recorded on our systems at all — the best score is kept only in your own browser. When a player practises from their own challenge link, we keep their best practice level so sponsors can see the progress they are backing.
How long we keep it
Purchase and coupon records are kept while your card is valid and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and to settle disputes with teams and businesses. Pledge and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Player and roster information is kept while the campaign is running and removed when a team leaves the program or asks us to remove it.
Your card link
Your card is reached by a private link, not a password. Anyone with the link can use the coupons. Treat that email the way you would treat a gift card.
Your choices
Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting a purchase record may make the associated card unusable, so we will tell you before doing that.
Emails we send are about a purchase you made or a pledge you offered. We do not send marketing email, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
